  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged products or customer having size issues

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are applicable within 5 days of delivery

  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges for sending the item back to us and for receiving the replacement.

  • Once approved, customers may receive a replacement or store credit.

  • Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion and may take up to 7–10 business days to process after approval.

  • Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.


5. Shipping Charges & Penalties

  • If a product is returned to us due to customer unavailability or non-acceptance, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

  • If the customer wishes to have the product re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
